I told myself I was going to go from 20st to 19st in the 6 weeks I had between that day I weighed myself in horror and my birthday.  I got on the scales yesterday and was 19st 3lb – dead on a 4st loss from the start.  I went to the gym last night and had a better day overall in terms of food (no indian starters) so I got on the scales this morning and I was 19st flat.  This makes me happy.

I won’t be losing weight next week.  Plan is to stay between 19st and 19st 3lb with the combination of some very low point days and gym visits.  Planning on the gym Friday, Sunday, Tuesday.  That should go someway to making up for the splurge I’m going to be having today and Saturday.  Cinema on Saturday.  Popcorn and pic ‘n’ mix ftw!

I’m happy.  I’m losing weight at a speed I’m comfortable with and I’m going to be buying XL t-shirts when we go to Florida.  Next target – lose another stone (get down to 18) before we go to Florida.  Thats 9 weeks.  Easy.

Inputted my weight this morning into the WW site and was greeted with this animated pop up.

Rather happy with this, its dead on what I wanted this week.  4stone total loss.  Very happy.  So happy, I’m wearing my Mr Happy t-shirt.

Was doing really well until I stopped in at my mum and dads and had a couple of onion bhajis and a couple of chicken pakoras.  Don’t think the damage was all that great though.  I guestimated at a total of 15 points (it won’t be that high) and I have a reserve of 22 points I borrowed from that I’d saved from the last week including exercise points.  We’ll see what happens tomorrow morning.

Hoping to hit my 4st target tomorrow.

We were out late last night (till around 2am) so I had a few snacks between 9-12 that took me over my limit for the day.  Good job I didn’t get a burger from the burger van that was outside. Enough points saved to cover it this week and we’re having roast dinner today so that will go some way to recover it.
