1lb gain this week – it was expected to be honest, I’ve spent most of this week out of the office and had to eat out Monday night as I was in a hotel, ate a large breakfast on Tuesday morning and grabbed a burger king from the services yesterday. I’m out just once more today and I’m going to take a packed lunch with me which I’ll eat at some point, saves on points.

Should manage to get this thing back on track for next week – positive side of this is that I’m still 2lb below 20st, which means I’ve kinda stabilised below that threshold. Super. Not much else to report in at the moment, don’t feel fantastic but I’ve felt worse.
I thought my dinner budget was set at £20 – turns out it was £25, damnit I could have had a pudding!
Still, I guess its better that I didn’t. I’ve pointed the evening meal, as its a Beefeater, the points were in the system, well apart from this strange onion loaf thing, but I’ve got plenty of spare points for that. I’ve also worked out a little today so I’ve gotten some activity points, no idea how many though, I was sweating buckets!
I’ll be happy with any weight below the 20st mark this week, that gives me a 3lb buffer from 19st 11-20st, If I stay the same, excellent, if I lose a little, even better. Back on track next week.
