Food & Activity Diary – Friday 26th March 2010
Whilst not the best day food wise in the world, with the exercise I’ve done this evening I’ve managed to scramble back most of the points I’ve used up in the last two days. Trying something different this week to see if I wasn’t eating enough last week.
Ate a Boneless banquet for one at KFC at lunchtime, I was stuffed, still feeling full from it now which is quite nice. I’ve had enough food for the day and I’m content

Treadmill:
One thing I did notice was that the treadmill nearly killed me. Need to work on that I think over the next few weeks. It’s been an awful long time since I did anything on the treadmill, walking I’m fine but as soon as I add in the incline every 2 mins it gets harder and harder. Managed to get up to level 4 but had to come back down to 3 rather than going up to level 5. Also had to bring the mph down to 3.5 for a bit due to my back hurting.
