The moon looked fabulous on my way over to York this evening so I got the camera, tripod and remote release out as soon as I got here, took about 45 pictures and this was the best one. Didn’t manage to get any detail on the moon whatsoever and this was the best of the lot with the church sillhoetted against the sky. Shame about the telephone cables though.

  1. I don\'t mind the wires Matt, what is spoiling the image is the lens flare.

    You could get rid of it with a bit of cloning in that area of the shot as there isnt much detail going on there in the shadows.

  2. That lens flare is the best shot I\'ve ever gotten of the moon, you can see all the detail in there and everything :p
